The Reckoning

To be a gentleman and sport or to contest an animal is to believe in your own calculated decisions in common with past performances, and not leave a dog down that cannot win because of your pride. People can close their eyes to the truth in every contest they witness, because they can't make changes for the betterment of condition whether they win or lose.

To free condition a dog you may not do as well as you did last time, but you won't ever do bad again because you will find the dog's true contest weight which means the dog will cool until the blood in his veins "quits" on his feet. To evaluate one's self is to make no excuses in the presence of your peers, because my true peers know where fault lies. Anyone is incapable of believing in life's wrong doing if there is a lack of knowledge for change.

There is change for all dogs that falter and take bottom with no choice in the matter. Knowledge and experience of what will conspire in each dog you contest, win or lose, understanding the truth and reality to be the same. That's when you don't need any change and only practice the program to win, but add a half pound to his cooling weight for his next contest, and only use as much work as it takes to recover and cool.

Destiny is knowledge of what will conspire in each dog you contest. Truth is the understanding and acceptance of what just conspired. Justice for the dog is to contest another day.

A moment of truth is a gift that will never be forgotten and can be a repeat performance. You can't be a true believer until you witness your efforts of change into accomplishment. I cannot choose my peers, anymore than I can condition desire. To leave every contest with retention of life sustaining fat is to start the next contest with a fresh dog. That means you never game check his blood, you test your adversaries blood because of the condition of your dog to contest.

There is nothing harder than being given a chance to make truth your competitiveness. Always remembering that you only have a few good years with any good dog with no choice in the matter. Competitiveness makes the world go round. Make a dog a 5x winner and you stand next to very few dog men in the world. Thirty-two years of conversations about 156 treadmills have produced a binding friendship in my heart that I feel good about more so than the thousands of wins on my mill.

The one rule, they dont use authority to shorten a contest with the rule, "scratch to continue" to end so much failure.

The biggest secret to success is that there is no secret to success. Relentless hard work and unwavering dedication to the task are the simple cornerstones of most every business success story. Don't look for the easy way to success, instead be willing to do what it takes even when its hard. It's easy to load the cart and pull it. To put the cart before the horse, is to push it around for ever and not even unload it, no 3xs for that dog, yard or lifetime. It turns some people into spot pickers, drugged dogs, or cheating.

My treadmills are instrumental in beating anyone. I can't take credit for something that my peers have worked hard at, developing an eye for conditioning. You need to open your eyes to make change.

In a competitive world my treadmill and help have proven the right way. We don't worry about if it's going to work, it should be working from the start. We develop an eye for perfection, knowing when it's enough in preparation for the contest.

Everything I write about has been proven by my peers. All the examples, comments, comparisons made is history and can be verified by my peers.  I have my record of all the dogs that ran my mill, and my peers have their record with the blood they choose.
